HOURS AVAILABLE FOR SESSIONS

Each therapist at our practice has a unique schedule, but sessions generally take place between 7:30 am - 6:30 pm on Mondays - Fridays.

LOCATIONS

We offer individual, couple/partner, and family therapy in nearby nature settings throughout South Minneapolis and St. Paul. Please see below for more details on our "outdoor offices."

MATCHING WITH A THERAPIST

Please fill out our practice Contact Form and we will work to find the best match with a therapist who currently has availability. You are also welcome to view our therapist bios and make a note on the form if anyone stands out as a good fit for you. If preferred, you may also contact any therapist directly.

GETTING STARTED

All of our therapists offer free consultation calls (up to about 20 minutes) to help you determine whether it feels like a good fit. These calls give you a chance to get a feel for the therapist's style, interests areas, and practice focuses, and for the therapist to get to know you a little bit and better understand your priorities and goals for therapy. It's also a great time to talk about the amazing benefits of nature-based therapy and any questions you might have about doing therapy outdoors! Please feel free to contact a therapist directly or fill out our practice Contact Form to schedule a consultation call.

For more information on how nature-based therapy works, please visit our FAQ page or reach out to us at info@naturebased.care.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Minneapolis Nature-Based Therapy is located on land that has been cared for and called home by Indigenous people from time immemorial up to the present day.  The land was stolen from the Dakota people by the U.S. Government in 1805 through the illegitimate “Pike’s Treaty.” We must acknowledge this truth and support efforts to repair, even if they are never enough.

Working on this land and near sacred sites we will recognize and honor the Dakota people of the past, present and future.

Transform Your Life with Minneapolis Nature-Based Therapy

"

Passion is lifted from the earth itself by the muddy hands of the young; it travels along grass-stained sleeves to the heart. If we are going to save environmentalism and the environment, we must also save an endangered indicator species: the child in nature.
