Sessions will take place outdoors year-round in natural spaces in or near Minneapolis. We will avoid playgrounds and other high traffic spots and opt instead for more private, natural areas.
❄️ While availability to meet in particular areas may be limited by my schedule and location on different days, we will make every effort to find a location in the community that works well for your family and feels safe and inspiring to you.
❄️ We can also ensure that our meeting location is accessible by public transportation.
❄️ Being out in all kinds of weather presents challenges and opportunities that will be part of the therapeutic work, but we will never go outside if the weather is unsafe. On those days we will have the opportunity to meet through telehealth, or later, when it is safe to do so, we can meet in my office in Minneapolis.

Minneapolis Nature-Based Therapy is located on land that has been cared for and called home by Indigenous people from time immemorial up to the present day. The land was stolen from the Dakota people by the U.S. Government in 1805 through the illegitimate “Pike’s Treaty.” We must acknowledge this truth and support efforts to repair, even if they are never enough.
Working on this land and near sacred sites we will recognize and honor the Dakota people of the past, present and future.
